GATE Real Estate Innovation S.r.l. is proud to present its Management Report, highlighting our commitment to a sustainable and inclusive impact. This document offers a detailed overview of our initiatives aimed at transforming the future of innovation and urban regeneration.

The report introduces our mission, focused on designing and managing innovative HUBs and enhancing public and private real estate assets. By outlining the methodology used, it explains how our original impact assessment model is based on a rigorous multi-method review of the literature on the topic, tailored to GATE REI’s characteristics and objectives.

The results achieved in 2023 demonstrate our commitment across four main dimensions: cultural, educational, attractiveness & social cohesion, and entrepreneurial. We organized major cultural events involving thousands of participants and collaborated with artists and institutions to showcase artistic and natural heritage. In education, we offered hundreds of free training activities, reaching young people and citizens to promote digital inclusion and close educational gaps.

Our focus on social cohesion is reflected in numerous local events and services designed to improve quality of life within communities. We also supported entrepreneurship through ideation and incubation programs, shared workspaces, and networking events, creating a fertile environment for innovation and economic growth.
